Alisa (Dauro) Clark, Class of 2006, has she spent more than a decade working in academic publishing in Boston and building up her own family before moving back to Huntsville during the pandemic. Struck by how Huntsville has changed over time, she started a magazine resource guide designed for new residents moving into Huntsville, helping them know where to go, what to do, and who to trust!
JPII is excited to spotlight three of our alumni who were actively involved in college campus ministry and attended the SEEK 2025 conference in Salt Lake City, UT. Amelia Geist (Class of 2022, Junior at the University of Alabama), Dayana Mendoza (Class of 2023, Sophomore at the University of Alabama Huntsville), and Tyler Greges (Class of 2024, Freshman at Auburn University) represented their campus ministries at the event.
Paul Andrzejewski (Class of 2023) returned to Huntsville in Feburary 2025 with the Army Black Knights baseball team where they played a three-game series against University of North Alabama.
Since graduating from JPII in 2021, James Wiegmann (Class of 2021) has pursued a passion for languages and culture at the University of North Alabama. He majored in German, with minors in Spanish and Global Studies, and stayed busy as a German tutor, an active member of the foreign language department, and president of Catholic Campus Ministries, where he helped plan and lead student events.
